1. Free Home Delivery

Eligible orders are delivered free of charge to your chosen delivery address.

The courier used for your order may vary according to the size, weight and type of products being shipped.

Orders are generally delivered within 3 working days after dispatch. This is an estimated timeframe and may occasionally be affected by courier operations, busy periods, adverse weather or other unforeseen delays.

There is no additional delivery charge for eligible orders.

2. Free Click & Collect

Where available, you can choose Click & Collect at no additional cost.

Once your order has been placed, we normally prepare it for collection within 1 working day. We will contact you by email or telephone when your order is ready.

Please do not travel to the collection point until you have received confirmation that your order is ready.
